1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "jijikk," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the jijikk online gaming platform accessible at jijikk.app and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account with or accesses the jijikk platform.
• "Account" — the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration and verification on jijikk.
• "Wallet" — the digital balance maintained within a Player's jijikk Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Real-Money Game" — any game available on the jijikk platform that involves wagering funds from the Player's Wallet.
• "Bonus Credits" — non-cashable promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be wagered in eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming activity in the Philippines.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and eligibility verification process required of all Players before withdrawal privileges are activated.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary account restriction initiated by a Player to limit or suspend access to the jijikk platform for a defined period.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jijikk platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the jijikk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jijikk. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the jijikk platform and must not create or continue to use an Account.

jijikk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on jijikk is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful for you personally.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of jijikk or any affiliated entity.
• You are not accessing the platform as a representative of any third party for commercial, research, or data-gathering purposes without prior written consent from jijikk.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jijikk platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games on jijikk, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the jijikk platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, jijikk reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, freeze balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from future registration.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your Account details up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and registered Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jijikk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jijikk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 Account Ownership

jijikk Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any funds held within it to any other person. Accounts accessed or operated by individuals other than the registered holder are subject to immediate suspension.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

jijikk is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to activating withdrawal privileges, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. The following conditions apply:

• You must submit a clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include: SSS card, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID.
• The ID must display your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph in a manner consistent with the Account details provided at registration.
• jijikk may request additional documentation, including proof of address, source of funds, or source of wealth, where required by regulatory standards or internal risk assessment.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. During the verification period, deposits and gameplay are permitted but withdrawals are held pending successful verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by jijikk may result in Account suspension and freezing of Wallet balances pending resolution.

6 Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your jijikk Wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods, anonymous e-wallets, or cryptocurrency is not permitted on the jijikk platform.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jijikk currently supports the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Payment methods are subject to change; refer to the Deposits section of your Account for the current list.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). There is no maximum deposit cap for fully verified Accounts. Deposit limits may be set voluntarily by the Player via Account settings as part of responsible gaming tools.

6.3 Processing Times

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and QR Ph deposits are credited to your jijikk Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically credited within one to three hours, subject to interbank processing schedules. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are credited on the same business day.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on jijikk are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversions are applied by jijikk; your payment provider's conversion rates may apply if your source account is denominated in a different currency.

6.5 Declined Deposits

jijikk reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that triggers risk-management controls or AML monitoring protocols, or where the source of funds cannot be confirmed as belonging to the registered Account holder.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jijikk Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion Required: Withdrawal privileges are available only to Players who have completed identity verification. No exceptions are made to this requirement.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are subject to the limits published in your Account's withdrawal section.
• Same-Method Policy: Where applicable, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control and is not waived except under documented exceptional circumstances.
• Processing Times: Verified Account GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard interbank processing schedules of one to three business days.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds subject to an active wagering requirement from a bonus are not withdrawable until the applicable requirement has been met. Withdrawal of a deposit balance while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Withdrawal Holds: jijikk may place a temporary hold on withdrawals during active account reviews, AML investigations, or where additional KYC documentation has been requested. You will be notified in such cases.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

jijikk offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. The following terms govern all promotions:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Credits must be wagered the specified number of times in eligible games before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as cash.

8.2 One Bonus Per Player

Each promotion is available once per registered Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of additional Accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.

8.3 Bonus Forfeiture

jijikk reserves the right to void and remove Bonus Credits from any Account where bonus abuse, misuse, or exploitation of promotional mechanics is detected. This includes, but is not limited to: bet-hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between Accounts, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of errors or technical malfunctions.

8.4 Promotion Changes

jijikk may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not available in all circumstances and may be restricted based on account history, deposit method, or gameplay behavior at jijikk's sole discretion.

8.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or miscommunication that results in an incorrect bonus amount being credited, jijikk reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the Account balance accordingly, regardless of whether the Player has already wagered the incorrectly credited amount.

9 Gameplay Rules

By using the jijikk platform to play any real-money game, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Game outcomes in slots, bingo, and arcade titles are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). jijikk does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes — cards, dice, and roulette wheels — are determined by physical actions performed by human dealers on camera in real time. These outcomes are not influenced by jijikk software.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session result.
• By placing a wager, you confirm you understand the rules of the game you are playing. jijikk is not responsible for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the log recorded in jijikk's game server shall be the definitive record of the hand, spin, or round in question.
• Disconnection during live game play does not automatically void a wager already placed. The game outcome stands as recorded at the server level unless a provable technical error caused by jijikk's infrastructure is demonstrated.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijikk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account on the jijikk platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits, or any other technological means to interact with the jijikk platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or mathematical errors in game logic for financial gain.
• Engaging in any transaction — deposits, play, or withdrawals — with the intent to launder money or circumvent anti-money-laundering controls.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jijikk support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other player accounts, jijikk infrastructure, or game servers.
• Participating in or facilitating any commercial arrangement to profit from use of the jijikk platform without prior written authorization.

11 Responsible Gaming

jijikk is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players, including those accessing the platform from Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all regions of the Philippines. The following tools are available to every jijikk Account holder via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Timers: Configure automatic session time limits that log you out when the time expires.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing time spent in the current session and your net game result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily lock your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year). During self-exclusion, the jijikk platform will deny login access regardless of credentials. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jijikk platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, audio, visual design, text, trademarks, logos, and the jijikk brand name — is the intellectual property of jijikk or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jijikk platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the jijikk platform without express prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to jijikk regarding the platform become the property of jijikk and may be used without compensation, attribution, or restriction.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

jijikk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the jijikk Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform communications. jijikk does not sell your personal data to third parties. 14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jijikk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the jijikk platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from service interruptions.

jijikk does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game titles.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jijikk's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Your total liability to jijikk for any cause of action shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your jijikk Wallet in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.

15 Account Suspension and Termination

jijikk may suspend or terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions initiated by the Player without valid cause.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Player-initiated Account closure request.

Upon termination for cause, jijikk reserves the right to withhold any or all Wallet balance pending investigation. Funds determined to be derived from prohibited conduct, including bonus abuse or fraudulent deposits, will be forfeited. Legitimate remaining balances will be returned to verified payment methods within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting jijikk support. Any remaining Wallet balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after final account verification.

16 Amendments to These Terms

jijikk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jijikk will provide notice to Account holders via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the jijikk platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the jijikk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon written request to [email protected].

17 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the jijikk platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, jijikk encourages Players to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jijikk aims to respond to all formal disputes within five business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, referred to PAGCOR or other relevant regulatory bodies for adjudication in accordance with their established procedures.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek legal redress through the relevant Philippine courts or regulatory agencies as provided by law.
